FAQ

Can I purchase ads through a sales representative?

Yes! Shop Squall is an ad campaign planning platform that facilitates self-directed shopping for advertising options.  Prior to making your first purchase, Shop Squall requires contact with the Squall team.   

Do I need a credit card to book an ad program?

You do NOT have to provide a credit card to book an ad program. We do take credit cards but it isn’t necessary to book with us.

Follow the booking procedure here and select the ‘invoice’ option to avoid the credit card requirement.  When you finalize campaign details with the Shop Squall team we will advise about the range of payment options.

Can I be invoiced for an ad program?

Yes! We have many corporate advertisers for whom invoicing is a requirement.  When you contact the Squall team we can make suitable billing arrangements.

What if I need a campaign proposal to review with our management team?

We can most certainly provide a campaign proposal for your organization’s consideration.  Plan the campaign at Shop Squall, book it here and contact our team for next steps.

Does Shop Squall save my shopping listing if I log out?

Yes, you can leave Shop Squall, return later and your shopping list will be intact.  When you complete your booking a summary is sent by email.

Is there a discount for multi-platform bookings?

Yes! We offer a discount to advertisers who place ads on two or more news sites - RENX, Sustainable Biz Canada, and RENX Homes. You can add multiple placements to your cart.

Scale up your ad campaign with the same ad position, same creative on all the platforms and benefit from a discount of 5% for two sites and 10% for three sites.

Can I advertise in more than one ad program?

Yes! We offer bundle packages on individual news sites.  Place a Shop Squall booking for the ad campaign and we’ll be in touch to finalize the order.
